Your Red Door App: Your Command Center
From day one, your app becomes your go-to for everything related to your home. Inside your app, you can:
- Track your home’s progress in real time
- See exactly what stage you’re in—and what’s next
- View photos, videos, and updates from your home
- Message your team directly
- Access documents anytime
Instead of juggling texts, emails, and paperwork…You have one place for everything. And that’s intentional. Because when everything is clear, organized, and visible—the entire experience gets better.

How Everything Works Together
Building your home comes with a lot of moving parts—but we’ve designed this to feel simple and easy to follow. You’ll have three tools working together to guide you every step of the way:

Your “Next Steps” Guides
These walk you step-by-step through each phase of the experience so you always know what’s coming next and how to prepare.
Your Red Door App
This is your day-to-day hub for communication, documents, photos, updates, and real-time progress.
Your Home Progress Tracker
This shows exactly where your home is in the overall build process—so you can see what’s been completed and what’s coming up next.
Think of it like this:
Experience Guide = The big picture roadmap
Next Steps Guides = Turn-by-turn directions
Red Door App = Your live GPS (with real-time updates)
Progress Tracker = Your current location on the map
How they work together:
The Experience Guide shows the full journey from start to finish
The Next Steps Guides prepare you for what’s immediately ahead
The App keeps everything in one place and keeps you connected
The Tracker shows exactly where you are in the process at any time
“You’ll never have to wonder what’s happening or what comes next—we’ve built a system that keeps you informed every step of the way.”
Your Journey at a Glance
Building a home can feel complex… So we’ve simplified it.
Inside your Red Door App’s Tracker, your home moves through a clear, step-by-step journey—just like tracking a package or a pizza delivery.
You’ll always know exactly where things stand. You’ll follow along as your home progresses through these stages—each accompanied with a detailed Next Steps Guide:
Each stage includes updates so you always know:
- Where you are
- What’s happening
- What’s coming next
The Home Tracker allows you to monitor your build in real time with photos, videos, updates from your Builder and milestone updates, keeping you connected throughout the process
Your Team (Who Leads When)
Here’s something that most builders don’t explain well—but we will: Your main point of contact changes as your home progresses. Not randomly—intentionally.

Phase 1: Getting Everything Ready
Team Lead: Design Consultant
During pre-construction, your Design Consultant is your go-to. They will:
- Make sure all of your documents are easy to find
- Guide you through selections and personalization of your home
- Assist in finalizing plans
- Prepare plans and documents for your lender
- Stay on top of the loan process
- Help prepare everything for the handoff to construction
- Coordinate behind the scenes
Think of them as your project quarterback before the build starts.

Phase 2: Building Your Home
Team Lead: Builder
Once we hit the Construction Kickoff, your Builder takes the lead. They will:
- See that all permits are completed
- Work with trade contractors to prepare your land for the home build
- Manage your job on-site
- Oversee all trade partners
- Keep your home on schedule
- Walk you through key construction milestones
- Conduct on-site meetings
This is the person bringing your home to life.
What About Everyone Else?
They’re still there. But here’s the key: You don’t need to track people down or figure out who to call. Just message through the app—and we’ll handle the rest.
How Communication Works (this is important)
Let’s be real—this is where most building experiences break down.
- Missed calls
- Conflicting answers
- Too many people involved
We’ve designed our experience to avoid all of that.

Introducing The Red Door App.
One System. One Conversation.
All communication flows through your Red Door App. With its in-app messaging replacing scattered communications, the app keeps everything consistent and easy to follow.
- That means:
- No lost messages
- No confusion about who said what
- No digging through email threads
- Everything is:
- Tracked
- Organized
- Tied directly to your home

What You’ll See Along the Way
As your home progresses, your app will update with:
- Weekly progress updates from your Builder
- Photos and videos from your job site
- Milestone updates as each phase is completed
- Notifications when something important happens
This kind of milestone-based tracking keeps homeowners informed in real time and eliminates the need to constantly ask for updates
What You Can Expect From Us
- Responses within one business day (or faster)
- Updates at key milestones
- Proactive communication—not just reactive
You shouldn’t have to ask: “What’s going on with my house?”
We’ll make sure you already know.
One Simple Rule (This Will Save You Time)
If you have a question: Start in the app
Reaching out through multiple channels (text, email, calls) can:
- Slow down responses
- Create confusion
- Lead to mixed answers
The app keeps everything clean, accurate, and moving forward.

What This Means For You
At any point, you can open your app and instantly see:
- What stage your home is in
- What work is happening right now
- What’s coming next
No guessing. No chasing updates.

Why We Built It This Way
Because not knowing what’s happening is the most frustrating part of building a home.
This system fixes that.
- You stay informed
- You stay confident
- You stay connected to your home
In fact, giving buyers a clear, visual progress tracker significantly reduces confusion, unnecessary calls, and jobsite visits while improving the overall experience

A Quick Reality Check (in a Good Way)
Building a home is not like buying one off the shelf.
There will be:
- Moments of excitement
- Moments of “why does it look like that?”
- Days where it feels like nothing is happening
All of that is normal.
Our job is to keep things moving, keep you informed, and make sure the end result is exactly what you signed up for.
